The Alcohol and Drug Screening Clinic screens for alcohol and drug issues and makes recommendations regarding resources, services and treatment options. It's open and free to all Placer County residents.

Some clients will be referred from the Screening Clinic to Health and Human Services (HHS) for Assessment and Intake; others will be referred to community treatment programs.

The drop-in clinics are first come, first served. Be sure to bring your Driver’s License or other picture ID, documentation of finances and court orders (if applicable).

  • Tuesday 1pm – 2pm: 11434 B Avenue in Auburn
