All services are free and available in multiple languages. Unity Care Group provides housing and support services for youth and young adults transitioning out of foster care or at risk of homelessness in western Placer County.

Services include:

• Transitional housing for former foster youth
• Rapid rehousing assistance
• Homelessness prevention and early intervention services
• Case management and support for youth experiencing mental health challenges
