Sutter Animal Services (SASA) provides animal control and shelter services for Sutter County, Yuba City, and Live Oak.​

Services Include:

• Animal Control: Stray pickup, bite investigations, rabies quarantine
• Licensing: Dog licenses (required for dogs 4 months+)
• Shelter & Adoption: Open-admission shelter with pet adoptions
• Public Health: Rabies prevention and bite response
• Community Outreach: Education and volunteer programs
