Truckee Tahoe Workforce Housing Agency (TTWHA)'s Home Rental Program provides financial incentives and tenant vetting and placement to homeowners interested in renting their homes to trusted local employees. It works with homeowners who do not qualify for the Town of Truckee or Placer County’s Lease to Locals Programs.

Incentives include:

• A free home listing on TTWHA's listings page, as well as through their marketing channels
• Free tenant screening, vetting, and placement
• Property management services OR a financial incentive to those who lease their home to a public agency employee
