The purpose of South Placer Transit Information, Education, and Training is to make using transit in the South Placer region easier by providing information for riders about different transit systems.

South Placer Transit Information, Education, and Training is administered by the Western Placer Consolidated Transportation Services Agency (WPCTSA) and the Placer County Transportation Planning Agency (PCTPA) in partnership with Auburn Transit, Roseville Transit, and Placer County Transit.

• South Placer Transit Information - Phone number for riders to get information about routes and schedules, get help with trip planning, reserve on-demand services, and more. Open 7 days a week from 8am-5pm. 916-745-7560 or 530-745-7560 (same number except for area code).
• Transit Training - aka Mobility Training aka Travel Training is a free program available to help people learn how to safely and independently use public transportation services throughout the south Placer region.

PCTPA and WPCTSA also support Placer Rides, a program operated by Seniors First. Placer Rides provides INFORMATION about transportation. It is NOT a provider of transportation services.
