The Gathering Inn's Medical Respite Program provides people experiencing homelessness with a safe, clean place to rest and recover following hospital discharge.

Services include:

• Case management
• Resource navigation
• Mental health services

Note: 211 cannot provide a direct referral. However, 211 can provide information so that people may ask to speak with their case manager or social worker in order to receive a referral.
