Homeless Resource Council of The Sierras’ Coordinated Entry system serves as a centralized access point for people experiencing homelessness in Placer and Nevada counties.

The system helps connect people and families with available housing and support services through a standardized assessment process.

Services include:

• Phone-based intake and screening for housing programs
• Referrals to local homeless services and housing providers
• Use of the Homeless Management Information System (HMIS) for coordinated care
• Prioritization of services based on assessed need
• Spanish-language support available
