Connecting Point's Employment Services provide personalized career planning, training, and support for participants of Nevada County's CalWORKS and Child Support Services programs.

Services include:

• One-on-one career counseling
• A six-week employment skills training course
• Assistance with resume and cover letter writing and interviewing skills
• Assistance identifying barriers to employment and navigation to community resources to address those barriers
• Paid and unpaid work experience with local employers
